OHA’s Asset Management team
in coordination with Resident Service Coordinators from respective property
management teams and service partners, as well as the Family and Community Partnership Department (FCP) and OHA Police Department
(OHAPD), all work together to provide an appropriate mix of robust supportive
services at the designated sites that are catered particularly to the
demographic at each site. These supportive services include case management,
health services, food resources, enrichment programs, and referrals for
residents.
