OHA Reduces In-Person Services

The Oakland Housing Authority has suspended its normal business operations in accordance with directives of local public health officials. We will continue to offer emergency maintenance and essential services to our current residents and business partners until such time that we are able to reopen or expand our menu of limited services during this public health emergency.

Participate in the Oakland Resilient Families, guaranteed income pilot program (Phase 1)​

Families with Children in Oakland Schools

  • ​​​​​​​All OHA offices have suspended in-person services.
  • Most OHA functions can be completed online through either our resident portal or our owner portal.
  • Current HCV/Section 8 Voucher holders can call (510)587-2100 or email LHcustomerservice@oakha.org​ for assistance with their housing needs. Leased Housing documents can be deposited in the drop box at 1540 Webster Street, or mailed to OHA Leased Housing at 1540 Webster Street, Oakland, CA 94612.
  • Current Public Housing and OAHPI Residents may call (510)535-3130 for assistance or maintenance emergencies. 

OHA will continue to monitor information provided by our public health officials as the health emergency evolves. We will provide updates as they become available.
