To qualify for the Oakland Housing Authority’s Conventional Public Housing program, applicant households must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Oakland metropolitan area. Current program income limits.
Landlord references and criminal background checks are required for all adult family members, prior to being accepted for the program.
